Just stick to the open waterways (winds a bit) and you'll be fine. It has been raining a bit so it may even be up. At least the fire ban is over!
Good thing you are bringing fishing rods, the fish were evident everywhere! Have fun!

Cheers,
tPPAnonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/12051904216248267432noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4450990332312585983.post-58723985236396599172012-08-15T17:36:58.674-04:002012-08-15T17:36:58.674-04:00Hi PV,

We got a house 2 weeks before the wedding too, but it is conditional. We may be without one even on the wedding day! Our stress is far from over!

Your welcome. Congrats! Hope you get out before the summer ends. Send me pics!
tPPAnonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/12051904216248267432noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4450990332312585983.post-47534805194713254302012-08-15T15:30:03.772-04:002012-08-15T15:30:03.772-04:00Great post. Was it difficult to navigate/paddle due to the lack of precipitation this past summer? Very curious.

BTW... we will be bringing our fishing rods!! :-)

Pat
Rockwood, ON
pat@patrickcorbettvoiceovers.comPatrick Corbetthttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01490383763503827293noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4450990332312585983.post-71299836981697026582012-08-15T11:59:18.662-04:002012-08-15T11:59:18.662-04:00Glad you had a chance to unwind with a break from ...Glad you had a chance to unwind with a break from the stress. I remember those stresses all too well from a few years ago when I got married and moved at the same time. We bought a house 2 weeks before our wedding, just to make it more challenging.

Soon enough it will be next year when the wedding and moving stresses are done and you can focus more on paddling!

BTW, thanks for the canoeing advice. I should mention I FINALLY bought a canoe last night, a 20-year-old 17 foot Grumman. Still some summer left to use it!Prairie Voyageurhttp://prairievoyageur.wordpress.comnoreply@blogger.com
